INTERIOR all services are bi-weekly
Inspection:
. no signs of forceful entry?
. no strange smells, no visible damage, water leaks etc.?
. lights working?
. heating working?
. shutters working?
. tumbler, washing machine clean and emptied?
. phone lines, internet and TV working?
. Lost-and-Found – anything left behind? We will forward it to you
. doors and windows closed and locked?
. alarm is armed and the house is secured?
Maintenance:
. run the dishwasher, leave open
. flush the toilets
. run taps
. air the apartment / house
. replace light bulbs where necessary
. control and change batteries in smoke detectors where necessary
. water inside plants
. minor necessary repairs
. pest control where necessary (ants etc.)
. empty mailbox and treat mail as per client’s instructions
Key Holding:
. we hold your keys and will meet craftsmen etc. and accept deliveries on demand
Cleaning:
. one annual Spring cleaning including all windows, cleaning out dishwasher, washing machine & tumbler
EXTERIOR all services are bi-weekly
